Privacy policy

Agile-U collects only the information needed to operate the site, send the newsletter, manage accounts, and run facilitated journeys.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to the newsletter, Agile-U sends your email address to Brevo, our email delivery and newsletter provider. Brevo stores your subscription status and list membership so we can send occasional Agile-U updates. You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails.

Accounts and journeys

If you create an account or join a journey, Agile-U stores your email, display name, journey participation, selected descriptors, answers, and result-email requests required to provide the workshop experience and completed summaries.

Analytics and logs

Agile-U may collect privacy-safe analytics events and operational logs. Journey descriptor text, personal notes, participant names, and email addresses are not sent to Google Analytics. Operational logs may include domain values needed to troubleshoot failures, but not passwords, tokens, or secrets.
