With 30 years of experience in technology, from developer and enterprise architect to program lead and director of software development, he brings an operational, systemic, and strategic perspective to organizational transformation.
A specialist in organizational agility, organizational robustness, and the pragmatic integration of artificial intelligence, he helps leaders and teams strengthen their capacity for adaptation, collective intelligence, and reconfiguration in the face of change.
Actively involved in both the agile and robustness communities, he regularly speaks at international conferences, facilitates a community of practice in organizational agility, and organizes Agile Open Montréal, a recognized event that sells out every year.

It is especially useful when robustness depends on learning quickly, reconfiguring effectively, and responding to change without bureaucratic drag. Participants receive a FAST Agile Nascent certificate.
